Schwebel's | Born and Bread

Schwebel's started in the small, Campbell, Ohio kitchen of Dora and Joseph Schwebel, who began baking fresh bread and selling the warm loaves out of wicker laundry baskets door to door. Word began to spread of the breads delicious taste and unmatched freshness.  Sales soon began expanding out of their neighborhood and to other surrounding areas including immigrant steelworkers in Youngstown. Delivery operations would soon shift to horses and wagons as their reputation was spreading far and wide. A portion of the proceeds from these shirts will go to the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley.
