Rivalries

Battle of 224
$ 25.00
One of the biggest rivalries in the Valley is the Poland Bulldogs versus the Canfield Cardinals. Coined the "Battle of 224" due to U.S. route 224 running through these neighboring cities. These two teams have squared off every year since 1944 with Poland leading over Canfield with a record of (39-29-3). History shows anything can happen when these two teams square off as it always seems to come down to the wire. Whether it's on the gridiron, hardwood, or diamond; when these two schools get together, intensities are high and oftentimes, so are the stakes.
